All orders placed with Cash Register Group are strictly on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. These transactions are governed by Business Law and are not subject to consumer-specific legislation such as the Consumer Contracts Regulations or the Consumer Rights Act.
1. Non-Trial Basis
All goods are sold on a non-trial basis. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure products are suitable for their intended use prior to purchase. Specifications, descriptions, and expert advice are available from Cash Register Group upon request before ordering.
2. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Any items that are received faulty or damaged must be reported to us in writing within 3 working days of delivery. A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) will be required. At our discretion, faulty goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with manufacturer warranty terms.
3. Incorrectly Supplied Goods
Discrepancies or errors in supplied goods must be reported within 3 working days of receipt. These items must remain unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition to qualify for return or exchange.
4. Unwanted Goods / Change of Mind / Non-Compatible
Cash Register Group does not accept returns or provide refunds for unwanted goods or items ordered in error. All orders are considered final upon acceptance.
5. Special Orders / Customised Items
Products that are made to order, specially sourced, or customised to customer specifications cannot be returned unless confirmed as faulty or defective.
6. Return Authorisation Required
Goods will not be accepted for return without prior written consent from Cash Register Group. A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number will be issued, which must accompany all returned goods. Unauthorised returns will be rejected and returned to sender.
7. Condition of Returned Goods
All returned items must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation. Goods returned incomplete, damaged, or in unsatisfactory condition will be refused or subject to charges.
8. Return Carriage Costs
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods to Cash Register Group.
9. Restocking Fees
Where returns are accepted outside of these terms (at the sole discretion of Cash Register Group), a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original item value may apply.
