If you have ordered an item from ourselves we offer free telephone support to all of our customers, whether you require help to use the item or for more advanced setup and programming*. This is available Monday to Friday from 9.00 am until 4.30 pm on our freephone telephone line 0800 161 5622. We also have dozens of videos available on the product pages which often cover a lot of the common questions and queries. 

Please note if you have had the machine over 30 days and require extensive help (such as a full re-programming service, then we can assist with this but depending on the level of support required we might need to charge a day support fee.

If you have purchased your machine from a different supplier and still need help, we do offer support packages (chargeable)
