Extended Support

Please note: If you have owned the machine for over 30 days and require extensive assistance (such as a complete re-programming service), we are happy to help. However, depending on the level of support required, a day support fee may apply.

Support for Non-CRG Purchases

If you have purchased your machine from a different supplier and require assistance, we also offer chargeable support packages. Please contact us for details.
