Delivery Information

At CRG, we use a fully tracked Next Working Day Delivery service via DPD. Please note that Northern Ireland, parts of Scotland (including the Highlands), and other remote locations are a two-day service.

Delivery Charges

• UK Mainland: £5.95 + VAT per order (£7.14 including VAT) – Next Working Day
• Scottish Highlands: £5.95 + VAT per order (£7.14 including VAT) – Two-day service
• Saturday Delivery (UK Mainland): £20.00 + VAT per order (£24.00 including VAT)
• Scottish Islands: £19.95 + VAT per order (£23.94 including VAT) – Two-day service
• Northern Ireland: £17.95 + VAT per order (£21.54 including VAT) – Two-day service
• Ireland: £19.95 + VAT per order (£23.94 including VAT) – Two-day service

Shipping to the outside of the UK into Europe

If we are shipping to outside of the UK  and into any EU country, we will request your business VAT number and EORI number. This information is required; however if you are purchasing for consumer usage, then it can be generally shipped, but you are likely to receive a customs import charge. These charges vary from carrier to carrier and country to country. Often it is a percentage of the value of the goods and then a customs handling fee.

Stock & Delivery Times

All cash register products listed on our website are stocked and available for next working day delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Standard orders* placed by 3pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.

DPD Tracking Service

If you provide a mobile number during checkout, DPD will send you a 1-hour delivery window on the morning of your delivery day. You can also track your delivery driver in real-time using the DPD app.

Non-Standard Orders

*Orders considered non-standard include any cash register purchases where custom programming has been requested. Programming requires 1–2 working days to complete after we receive your programming details.
