12 Months Warranty
All items* come with a 12-month warranty (unless stated overwise in the description) provided and serviced by the Manufacturer. This covers any hardware faults that are not caused by accidental damage (i.e. water damage). If your machine develops a fault within 12 months of the delivery date, please contact Cash Register Group on 0800 161 5622 in the first instance complete with your item serial number. Please note that none of the manufacturers are able to supply a loan machine during any downtime. Any machines that came with a warranty card must be completed and returned either to us - via post or email.
*Items that have moving parts (such as cash drawers) come with a 6-month warranty only - due to the nature of how they are used and excessive force can damage either the runners or the locking mechanism. If the item develops a fault within 6 months - photographic evidence will need to be provided.
CRG Products Warranty Process: We identify the issue over the phone to see if it’s a repairable job (i.e. something has physically broken/snapped), if not we provide an RMA to you. We will then organize a pick-up of the item and it will come to the CRG service center for repair or replacement.
Casio Products Warranty Process: We submit a warranty claim on your behalf, Casio will contact you with an RMA number and collect the machine via Parcelforce and take it back to their service center for inspection. They will repair the item (if applicable) if it’s not repairable, then a brand-new machine is issued to you.
Sharp Products Warranty Process: We identify the issue over the phone to see if it’s a repairable job (i.e. something has physically broken/snapped), if not we submit an RMA to Sharp UK, which will trigger an automatic collection of the item (please note they will contact you via email to send you a label to print out and affix to the box). The item will go back to the service center for inspection. They will repair the item (if applicable) if it’s not repairable, then a brand-new machine is issued to you.
Olivetti Products Warranty Process: We identify the issue over the phone to see if it’s a repairable job (i.e. something has physically broken/snapped), if not we submit an RMA to Olivetti UK. We will then organize a pick-up of the item and it will come to the CRG service center for repair or replacement.
Sam4s Products Warranty Process: We identify the issue over the phone to identify the issue. If it cannot be resolved, we will submit an RMA for you with the Service center. We will collect the item (usually via DPD) and inspect the item for the issue. IF covered by the warranty, the machine will be repaired and sent back to you.
