1. The Promoter
The prize draw is organised by Euro Cash Register Ltd, trading as Cash Register Group. Our registered address is Unit 5, Bramery Business Park, Alstone Lane, Cheltenham, Gl51 8HE.

2. Promotional Period
The competition opens at 00:01 on Friday 13th February 2026 and closes strictly at 23:59 on Sunday 15th February 2026. Any purchases processed after this time will not be counted.

3. Entry Requirements
To enter the draw, you must complete a "Qualifying Purchase" on cashregistergroup.co.uk during the promotional period.

• Qualifying Purchase: Your transaction must have a total value of £0.01 or more.
• Exclusions: Orders containing only free digital downloads (such as manuals or templates with a £0.00 value) do not count as an entry.
• Multiple Entries: There is no limit on entries. Each separate paid transaction counts as one entry into the draw.

4. Eligibility
This promotion is open to residents of the UK who are aged 18 years or over. Employees of Euro Cash Register Ltd and their immediate families are excluded from entering.

5. The Prize
There is one prize available: a £100 voucher to spend at Cash Register Group.

• The voucher is valid solely for use on cashregistergroup.co.uk.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
• The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on Wednesday 18th February 2026.
• The winner will be notified via the email address used to place the order.
• If we cannot contact the winner within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and a redraw will take place.

We will process your data to administer the draw. While we may wish to announce the winner's surname and county on our social media platforms (e.g., "Winner: J. Jones from Kent"), we will request your consent before doing so publicly. All personal data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Euro Cash Register Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition terms at any time if strictly necessary due to events beyond our control.
