Check the Terminal Model

The payment provider name alone does not identify the paper size. Compare the exact terminal reference with the product’s compatibility list.

Paper and Roll Dimensions

Confirm thermal paper type, width, outside diameter and core requirements. Similar-looking rolls may not fit the printer compartment.

Flawless support and delivery, however, not as easy to replace as they said! Took me three hours and seven attempts, video missed a step which had me demented. However, all good now and very pleased it worked and I don't have to buy a new till!
