Choosing Paper Rolls for Pax

Use your payment terminal model to select the correct receipt paper.

Check the Terminal Model

The payment provider name alone does not identify the paper size. Compare the exact terminal reference with the product’s compatibility list.

Paper and Roll Dimensions

Confirm thermal paper type, width, outside diameter and core requirements. Similar-looking rolls may not fit the printer compartment.

Compare Pack Contents

Check rolls per box and the stated paper length where available. Keep a record of the working specification for repeat orders.

Very impressed with response to questions I asked about the Sumup Air prior to purchase. It arrived on time by DPD. Setting it up was slightly confusing as process in the booklet which came with the Sumup Air was different to what was showing on my phone screen, but I made it in the end and it is all ready for my next craft fair.
