Designed to help your business grow, the CRG500 is packed with 60 departments (30 physical buttons), 4700 PLU's, 50 clerks, and 20 payment methods. The keyboard has been designed exclusively for the UK to suit the most commonly requested functions and layout to enable you to be up and running in no time. The machine can be used straight out of the box (although you might want to check the time and date). 

The CRG500 main features are:

• Up to 4700 PLU's - with the ability to use barcodes and a scanner for quicker sales transactions
• Electronic Journal - Ability to print out the journal at the end of the day

• Clerk permissions - the ability to turn off functions such as refunds, and no sales - with a Manager mode override
• 3 forms of payment types (Card, Charge, and Cash) - up to 20 different payment methods in the system
• 4 VAT rates handled

• Standard-sized cash drawer (8 coins and 4 notes)
• Key operated mode switch - including Manager mode, closed, register mode, X mode, Z mode, and Program mode

The CRG500 is packed with features and functions and can customize to suit every environment, here are a few of the common functions you can program

• Product Lookups - can be named and set a default price - Ability to add a scanner
• Departments - up to 60 can be named on the machine - even having a default price if you want to use them like this
• Clerks / Cashiers - up to 50 can be set up
• Ability to rename the table names if required (as default they are Table01, Table02, etc)
• Header / Footer - the ability to use up to 50 lines (not that you would) but can be used to include promotional messages if required. 
• Extensive system options which can be amended to suit your needs
