1. Open Portal
Open the back office portal.
2. Sign In
Username and password detailed in Cash Register Group email, subject "REGISTER SETUP"
3. Change Password
User will be prompted for a new password upon first sign in.
1. Power on
Unbox the EPOS system, connect the power cable, and power on the device.
Connect any other devices, such as cash drawer or scanner.
2. WiFi Required
Run through the initial setup, this can vary depending on model. Ensure WiFi is set up during this step.
Sign up requests can be skipped.
3. Open the App
Find the blue "REGISTER" application on the home screen, press to open.
App may be on second home screen (swipe left).
4. Enrolment Code
The Cash Register Group email, subject "REGISTER SETUP" will state your enrolment codes.
Input the enrolment code here and press "ENROL". Each enrolment code can only be used once.
5. Sign in
You may now sign in as Supervisor (9876) or User (1234).
Change the pin when prompted.
Hardware settings can be changed in the back office:
Config > Profiles > (Select Profile) > Hardware
